Throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, numerous organisations invested in Oracle software implementations. During this time, there wasn’t a wide choice of system integrators and implementers on hand to offer services.  

Over the following years however, the market matured and client needs changed. The priority for many clients became to ensure that systems performed optimally and continued to meet business needs. Although their needs had become more dynamic, many clients found that traditional implementation and system integration consultancies lacked the agility to meet their needs, on an ongoing basis. Many clients had developed in-house Oracle skills and needed a partner that could work as an extension to their team as opposed to a substitute for it. Other clients however wanted to deploy selective outsourcing strategies and needed a partner that could offer true economies of scale rather than a substitution of labour.  

AppsCon was created to specifically address this gap in the market – to offer best-in-class Oracle managed services and associated consulting.  

AppsCon established on 2000 in two separate locations in Turkey and UK. Still we are operating in these locations as a group. We concentrated only on Oracle E-Business Solutions consultancy and nothing else. Currently we have a team which have average 8 years Oracle Applications Implementation experience in many projects.  

Right from the beginning we establish this special relations with our customers that we never left a project, which we have started so far after the compilation. We think that this is the our biggest strength and the sign of the our quality.
